ABOUT THE ARTIST

Both regionally and nationally awarded for a variety of both her sculptures and wheel thrown pottery- Elizabeth Negvesky, 19, is a student potter who creates pieces that are relevant and active in a progressive cultural and social dialogue. The sculpted and thrown works of Elizabeth aspire to convey a message of greater allegoric significance while capturing the raw essence of simple shapes and their ability to juxtapose each other in a functional harmony.
